Python Precision operates on a Charge Upfront Pre-Order Model. When you place a pre-order, your payment is processed immediately at checkout. We use these funds to reach our production goals.

How it works:
• Your payment is charged immediately when you complete checkout
• Products are manufactured once we reach our minimum order threshold
• If the funding goal is not met within 90 days, you receive a full refund
• Once production begins, standard return policies apply

This model allows us to offer unique, community-driven designs without holding large inventory, keeping costs down and quality high.

90-Day Guarantee: If we do not reach our production goal within 90 days of your order, you will receive a full refund automatically.

Before Production: You may cancel your pre-order at any time before production begins for a full refund.

After Production Begins: Once your order enters production, cancellations are no longer possible. Standard return policies apply to shipped products.

When using our Design Lab and community features, you agree to:

• Provide creative prompts that don't reference trademarked characters, logos, or copyrighted works—with an exception for parody and transformative creative references that constitute clear fair use, evaluated on a case-by-case basis
• Not attempt to generate content depicting violence, hate symbols, or inappropriate imagery
• Engage respectfully with other community members in comments and feedback
• Not attempt to manipulate voting or gaming systems
• Accept that all AI-generated designs become Python Precision intellectual property

IP Monitoring: All designs are automatically scanned for potential trademark and copyright concerns. Every submission also receives human review before being made public or considered for production.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

The Lab Community: The Lab is a collaborative space where the Python Precision community inspires future products. We welcome creative expression, constructive feedback, and positive engagement.

Be Respectful: Treat fellow community members with respect. Disagreement is fine; personal attacks are not. Focus on ideas, not individuals.

Stay On Topic: The Lab is about bag designs. Keep discussions relevant to design concepts, feedback on ideas, and constructive suggestions.

Prohibited Content:
We will remove comments and may suspend accounts for:
• Harassment & Bullying: Targeting individuals with hostile, threatening, or intimidating behavior
• Hate Speech: Content promoting discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, or sexual orientation
• Spam & Self-Promotion: Repeated promotional content, unsolicited advertising, or link spam
• Illegal Content: Anything that violates laws, including copyright infringement or threats
• Explicit Content: NSFW material, graphic violence, or adult content
• Doxxing: Sharing others' personal information without consent
• Impersonation: Pretending to be another person or brand representative
• Trolling: Deliberately inflammatory or disruptive behavior intended to provoke

Reporting Violations: Use the report button on any comment to flag content for review. Our moderators review all reports within 24-48 hours.

Enforcement Actions:
• Warning: First-time or minor violations may receive a warning
• Comment Removal: Violating comments are removed without notice
• Temporary Suspension: Repeat or serious violations result in 7-30 day account suspension
• Permanent Ban: Severe or repeated violations result in permanent account termination

Appeals: If you believe an action was taken in error, visit our Contact Us page and select "Account Issue" to request a review. We respond to appeals within 5 business days.

The Design Lab: When you use The Lab, you describe design concepts using our generative AI designer. All designs created through this process—including your prompts, the AI-generated images, design concepts, and any derivatives ("riffs")—become the sole intellectual property of Python Precision upon creation.

How It Works: You provide creative direction through text prompts. Our AI system generates the visual designs. The resulting artwork belongs to Python Precision, including any revenue or commercial rights associated with products featuring these designs.

The Lab is a community-driven space to inspire our next products. This is not a revenue-share model. By participating, you are helping shape what we build, but you are not entitled to royalties, licensing fees, or other compensation for designs created.

Your Rights: You may share and reference designs you helped create for personal portfolio use, but commercial usage rights remain with Python Precision.

Our Content: The Python Precision brand, logo, website design, and all product designs are our intellectual property. You may not use our branding without permission.

Python Precision provides products and services "as is." While we strive for quality and customer satisfaction:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access
• Product colors and appearance may vary slightly from images
• Training equipment should be used responsibly and at your own risk
