I've used many heavy bags, but this one (the red one) is for sure the one I'll use daily for my training. The slim design really simulates a torso. It's my new favorite punching bag.

Don't get me wrong the custom designs are sick but I just wanted something simple that fits my apartment without standing out. Filled mine about 60/40 shredded fabric to rubber mulch and it hits solid. The bungee anchor cord on the bottom is clutch for dialing in swing and rebound. Price point made it easy to pull the trigger.
